　　The Artist of“On Paper.Supreme” criticizes thestereotypical materiality of paper while exploring the possibility of visualpresentations of the material. Relative to other painting exhibitions, works onpaper are more direct, simple, they are relaxed and sensual making an immediateimpact on the viewer.

　　highlights artist’s paper and paper works, a peek into the artist’s direction andintrinsic spirit . In an attempt to encompass the multi-faceted spatial conceptof "paper" there is a break from the traditional concept of"paper" and its historic mission throughout the ages, here unexpectednew roles for paper are explored for a contemporary era.

　　With the currentprogress of science and technology, the emancipation of mankind, the diversityof paper, its universality and re- inventions of waste paper, the aplication of"paper media" has diversified to various unexpected exotic paintings,a new paper arts has arrived.

　　“纸上·至上”的参展艺术家可以完全放下纸质的其他属性，只专注于形式和视觉游戏，相对于其他画种和展览形式，纸上作品更加直接，简约，放松，感性;从而更能进入人们的自然状态。

　　通过谈艺术家的纸质和纸上作品，窥视艺术家的内在精神气质和艺术方向。力图全面展现出“纸”的多面性的空间概念，打破以往“纸”的传统概念和所承载的历史使命，在当下艺术和生活中以全新的面貌呈现“纸”的角色。

　　现今，随着科技的进步，人性的解放，纸张的多样性、普遍性以及废纸再利用再创作，大大扩展了“纸媒”的使用方式，出现了各种奇异的不同画种和纸质艺术。
